Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED Online + Classroom April 27 9:30am

The 2021 Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED blended learning course equips students to recognize and care for a variety of first aid, breathing, and cardiac emergencies involving adults, children, and infants. It is designed for students who need a certification that satisfies OSHA, workplace, or other regulatory requirements. This class is taught in a blended learning format and the online portion (accessed via mobile, desktop, or tablet) must be completed prior to attending the Instructor-led skills session. Upon successful completion, a valid 2-year digital certificate for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED is issued.

ONLINE COURSE PORTION

This course requires the completion of an online component PRIOR to the start of the classroom skills session.  Learners who choose this course must have a high-speed Internet connection to complete the online component (approximately 2-4 hours).  Instructions to access the online portion will be emailed with a registration confirmation email.

SKILLS SESSION

For the classroom portion of the class, the following Red Cross guidelines will be strictly enforced:

• ​Instructor and all participants must wear gloves, and use a breathing barrier (gloves and breathing barrier will be provided.
• Participants showing signs of illness will be asked to reschedule
• Please let us know ahead of time if you require your own training equipment
• All training equipment is cleaned and sanitized before class and after the class
• Hand sanitizer will be provided to use throughout the class.

Please note that due to the amount of preparation required for this course, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of class.
